Futuristic Electronic Hotels?

What’s up everyone, how are you all doing today? It is just Mas here today, we both took a trip to New York on the weekend and Se is staying for a couple extra days so I figured I would post this one without him (ha ha). This may seem like a strange post for a computers and electronics blog, but I felt it was warranted anyways. We had a hard time finding somewhere to stay in New York City, and AirBnB isn’t as great there as it once was thanks to all the lawsuits from the city. So we couldn’t find somewhere on there, and all the major hotels are really expensive. That was when we found this new breed of hotels, which are essentially all electronic hotel. We walked in the lobby and saw only a computer for a front desk that you just tap and swipe at to select your room and ready your key.

It seems these hotels are popping up to compete with AirBnB but also to offer a more electronic friendly experience. Not only is there amazing wifi through the whole building and stock tickers at the elevators so you can check our IPO, but the rooms themselves are fully automated. When you walk into the smallish room, you notice three things-the bed, the window and a flat screen TV. The TV is completely controlled by an Ipad on the bedside table, and the Ipad also controls every aspect in the room. You can set it to wake you up at 6 am, the blinds slowly roll up to reveal the early morning skyline which is followed by a morning light setting from the dimmer switch and then a calm voice counting down for your audio alarm. An amazing way to wake up.

If you guys get a chance, look at these electronic hotels. For the antisocial guests (me!) it is perfect, and for those travelling at odd times it is perfect as well. Let me know if you have experienced these before in comments below, and be sure to come back next week for our new post!

Games of March

Hey guys and gals, Mas and Se here again. Thanks for coming to check out the very first post on our electronics blog, we hope it will not disappoint.

This March is a great time to be a gamer. Not only is the Nintendo Switch being released with a plethora of its own games as well as full access to the Nintendo vault, but so many great games are being released to follow up on the great released from February. The first one if of course the eagerly anticipated new Zelda game, the Legend of Zelda breath of the Wild. This game tries to break away from the traditional Zelda archetype, and now features a fully explorable open world as well as voice acting, high definition graphics and the ability to enter dungeons in whatever order the player chooses.

For the more action based gamers, we suggest the new Tom Clancy game Ghost Recon Wildlands. The game is set in modern day Bolivia, with the player taking command of a special forces unit known as a Ghost. The Ghosts are tasked with disabling the threats from the growing drug cartels in the country and with a new dynamic day and night cycle the game is more strategic than ever.

Possibly the game people have been waiting for the longest, Mass Effect Andromeda is going to be released towards the end of the month. This game sees you going to the nearby Andromeda galaxy as you get swept up in a mass colonization from the four major species in the wake of the calamity from the last game in the series.

Those are some of the bigger games coming out this month. Did we miss any that you are waiting for? Let us know in the comments section below, and remember to have an amazing day everyone. Peace!

Welcome to our computer Blog!

Hello everyone, my name is Mas and my name is Se and this is our joint computers and electronics blog! We are identical twins who live together (weird isn’t it) in London. As with most twins, we do everything together and share everything. Both of us went to the United States to get computer engineering degrees at UCF Berkeley and then moved back to London and started up our own design studio. Currently we have been working on a lot of mobile apps, but previously we have worked with Youtubers to help them make their page look amazing and we even did some specially catered games for Youtubers.

As you can hopefully tell, computers and electronics are a huge passion of ours. Se actually built his first robot at 9 out of the motor from an electric toothbrush and bottles of empty shampoo as a body. That is why we think that our electronics blog will be the best, and that everyone will want to come and read it. I hope that proves to be true and we will try our best to only give you high quality content. See you again soon!
